We are required to provide all our patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you.

As one of our patients, Dr Asad Zaman will be your named GP. He will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you but this does not prevent you from seeing any other GP in the practice.
