We are currently receiving a high volume of online and telephone requests. Therefore we will be temporarily closing some of our form submissions. You will still be able to order your medication via form submission as these cannot be taken over the phone. If your query is urgent please contact NHS 111. Alternatively you can, visit a pharmacy for advice, visit our online Treatment Room for self-help information on physical health requests or our online Wellbeing Centre for information about mental health services including crisis support.
