Depending upon the availability on the day, you will be offered an appointment as usual. In case all appointments have been taken, you will be signposted to another appropriate service
If it’s an emergency, go to A&E or call 999
If you need urgent help when the practice is closed, go to 111.nhs.uk or call 111

- Or any other action depending upon the query
Provide Full Information
To help us help you:
- Be clear and accurate in your message or phone call.
- The actions we take will be based on the information you provide.
- The practice is not responsible for any harm caused by missing or incomplete information in your request.
Appointments
- If you are offered an appointment, you will receive a text message with details.
- Please be prepared to attend your appointment at the given time and date.
- If you cannot attend, you must inform the practice as soon as possible so we can reschedule or offer your slot to someone else.
No Appointments Left?
If all appointments have been taken for the day, you may be advised to contact 111 for further help.
